Manufacturing Engineer / NC Programmer (NX-CAM)

Responsibilities:  

• Read technical drawings and analyze given 3D solid model  
• Generating optimum tool path using NX2406 on 3, 4 & 5-axis machines.  
• Selection of the cutting tools & its cutting parameter (cutting speed, depth of cut, etc.)  
• Preparing tool lists, setup sheets  
• Ability to define and troubleshoot manufacturing/machining processes.  
• Prove-out support 

Must Have Competencies:  

• Min 1+ years of CNC Programming using NX2406 on 3, 4 & 5-Axis Machines.  
• Hands on experience in SIEMENS 810D, 840D, FANUC & HeidenHain control  
• Good knowledge of cutting tools  
• Good Knowledge of cutting parameters needed for Aluminum alloys, Steel, Titanium, Inconel, etc…  
• GD&T proficiency

Experience : 2 to 6 years 

Qualification : B.E – Mechanical or Equivalent
