Business Development – Engineering Services
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Engineering Services Sales to expand our footprint in the US and Europe markets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through technical solution-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Engineering Services in the Indian, US and Europe markets by doing outreaching.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to pitch suitable engineering solutions (e.g., product design, CAD/CAE, embedded systems, plant engineering, etc.).
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and strategic accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal submission to contract negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Represent the company in trade shows, webinars, and client meetings (virtual and in-person).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales of Engineering Services.
- Strong understanding of global engineering outsourcing models and solution selling.
- Prior experience in engaging with clients in the GCC’s/ US and/or Europe is mandatory.
- Exposure to industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Energy, or Medical Devices is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering MBA is a plus.
Experience : 5 to7 years of relevant sales experience
Qualification : BE or equivalent
